In this special issue we cover recent Health & Safety statistics and Ministry of Justice reforms, but the focus of this edition is the subject of terrorism, which unfortunately is never out of the news for long.

We look at two areas. The first is how to prevent your property assets becoming a target for terrorists. The second is on the subject of 'dirty bombs' and the implications for property owners. This paper is a summary of a more detailed report originally presented to the Westminster Property Association by our Managing Director, Graham Salmon.
