A qualified accountant, and holding an MBA and insurance qualifications, Gavin is responsible for the oversight of the financial and regulatory reporting of Realty and for providing insights into performance of the business.  Gavin has served as Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer for a number of regulated insurance entities in the Irish, UK and Bermuda insurance markets, with a focus on real estate and commercial risks.  Gavin joined the Realty team in December 2023 and is a member of the Realty Board.
